Here at Sheridan’s Badges and Engraving, we’ve made thousands upon thousands of beautifully designed name badges, custom engraved items, trophies, plaques and much more for clients across Perth, throughout Western Australia and nationwide. But what many of our clients don’t know is that when it comes to bespoke specialty items, we’ve also got the goods! We love creating carefully customised items for our clients, so they can commemorate special occasions, enjoy a sense of camaraderie – and even bring treasured pieces of history back to life!

Here’s some examples of specialty items we’ve created for our happy clients. Let’s talk about what we can do for your custom project too!

Belt Buckles

We made these awesome belt buckles for the Third Herd Australia (Special Forces), out of Die Cast Zinc Alloy, antique silver finish to imitate pewter, 55mm wide, hook and bar fitting on reverse for leather belt, and soft enamel paint filled. They were made to recognise the hard work done by a group working in a very dangerous occupation, and to  lock in the camraderie they developed over the years.

Pens

Pens are a popular promotional item for many organisations, clubs, associations and businesses – but this project was a little different! These pens were graduation presents for Year 12 students at Scotch College, with UV printing to the barrel of the pen. Car Club Badges

We had a great time making these colourful badges for the Falcon GT Club of Western Australia, and bringing their gorgeous falcon logo to life – check out that detail! These badges were made from Die Cast Zinc Alloy, nickel plated, imitation hard enamel paint, 75mm high, 4mm thick, with threaded rods on reverse. The badges were made for the 17th GT Ford Nationals, which was also the 50th anniversary of the model’s production; we’re more than a bit excited to have played a bit part in Australia’s automotive history!

Coasters

These gorgeous photoetched aluminium coasters (90mm diameter, red felt base) were made for the United Fire Fighters Union of WA, to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Union – a hundred years of supporting the brave heroes who risk their lives to keep our homes, businesses and loved ones safe! Again, this project was a delight to work on and we’re honoured to have been part of commemorating this important event.

Bookmarks

Another lovely graduation present, this time for the Year 12 students at Perth Ladies’ College. These bookmarks are made of embossed brass with an antique silver finish, and we’re sure they’ll be a treasured souvenir to the graduates for many years if not decades to come, and be found marking the pages of many fascinating books!
